Our Sites

The North Shore Exclusive Ceremony Site

Site Fee – $5,000

‘The Wedding Site’ includes the ceremony space, a large private beach, and beautifully tented reception area all made private for you from 8am–10pm
Say your vows under a charming wood arbor with Elk Lake and Mt. Bachelor as your backdrop
Rustic Log seating for 70 (Additional seating for up to 150 available for rental)

Expansive Dining/Reception Area covered by a gorgeous white 30×50 reception tent
Private beach area just south of the ceremony space for your family and friends to enjoy

The Hilltop Ideal for Rehearsal Dinner

Site Fee – $1,000

This area sits against the north side of the lodge. An expansive, wood-chipped area that contains 6 picnic tables and two 18ft overhead shade tents made private for you from 8am till dusk. While this site is farther from the water, it does have a lovely view and is great if you like to be closer to the lodge and fun summer happenings. It is wonderfully suited for corporate events, family reunions, and birthdays. Seating is approx. 40, with plenty of additional space for rental tables and chairs that we have available on-site.

Lodging

Campground Sites

Situated just a short walk from the Lodge, the campground has six (6) furnished Glamping Tents, three (3) Premium Tent sites, and three (3) RV sites. Restroom facilities, water access, picnic tables, and firepits throughout.

Camping Cabins

Three (3) charming ‘yurt style’ Camping Cabins are available. These cabins sleep four (4), with a queen bed on the ground level and a full size on the loft area. You will find a propane heater and lantern for your comfort. There is also a great little front porch and fire pit at each site.

Vintage Cabins

We have five (5) Vintage Cabins to choose from. These are 2bd/1ba cabins that sleep up to six (6) people. There is a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a shower/tub. In the living area you will find a pullout sofa bed and a gas fireplace. Towels, linens, dishes and cookware are provided.

Standard Rustic Cabins

We have two (2) of these slightly larger cabins that boast all the same amenities as the Vintage Cabins but include additional sleeping arrangements to accommodate eight (8) guests.

Deluxe Full Size Homes

Our three (3) Deluxe homes are perfect for family gatherings and large groups. Two of them sleep eight (8) and one sleeps ten (10) guests. All previously mentioned amenities apply, along with large outdoor decks, washer and dryers, and beautiful open living areas.

The North Shore Wedding Package

For a reception, you and your guests will never forget, with pristine views of South Sister and
Mt. Bachelor and Elk Lake as your backdrop! The North Shore becomes your private event area
for the day of your wedding, and we keep planning simple by including all of the following amenities
under one base site fee.

Wedding package includes:

Private North Shore Wedding Site from 8am to 10pm
2 Portable Toilets
Garbage and Recycling Service
Onsite Event Coordinator to help organize details and act as liaison
to catering and outside vendors
Event Staff assistance with Setup/Breakdown
Day of Designated Parking Area and assistance
Golf Cart Transportation for Bridal Party, and those in need

8ft Banquet Tables (fit up to 10 guests)

Marina Rentals

Marina Rentals—Our marina offers a broad selection of watercraft rentals including Pontoon Boats, Canoes, Kayaks (1 and 2 person), Scenic Cruises, and Paddleboards. If you are reserving the North Shore site for your event you also have the ability to reserve some of these items for your guests personal use at the North Shore beach area for the day. Pontoon boat rentals are quite popular, thus it is advised you let us know early on if you’d like to request they be part of your event.

Music

Amplified music including, but not limited to DJ’s and live bands are permitted at the North Shore from 5-8 pm on Saturdays. From 8-10 pm music may continue, but must be acoustic or unplugged. All music must be contained within the event site.

Eat

Our Event Chef is available to offer and execute a wide array of culinary selections for your gathering large or small. He offers a robust menu that includes locally grown and regional items ranging from passed appetizers to composed entrees. Should your event require our catering services here are some general guidelines we ask that you follow—No outside food or beverage is permitted into the catering site. (Please communicate this to your guests). All food and beverage items served on catering equipment are to remain at the catering site unless otherwise communicated. Menu selections are due no later than 30 days prior to event. Specialty diet requests and food allergies must also be communicated at this time. Menu changes, guest counts, or equipment location requests after this date are subject to additional charges.

Please note that all food and beverage prices are subject to a 20% service charge.

Drink

We offer a variety of Beverage Packages to take care of your thirst needs. These were created for ease of service, and to fit varying budget needs. Elk Lake Resort boasts freshly revised wine lists, a rotating selection of numerous handcrafted regional beers and more!

All Beverage Packages will include:

6 hour bar service
Bar installation, set up/breakdown of tenting tables and keg taps
Private event bartender
Cups/straws, napkins

IN THE DETAILS regarding your beverage service

All beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, present at your event site must be purchased through Elk Lake Resort.
Due to OLCC regulations all alcoholic beverages must be served by Elk Lake Resort staff, and only at your designated event site.
We ask that beverage orders be submitted a minimum of 14 days prior to event date, with payment due at the close of event.
